Lamp Makeover

The lamps in my bedroom now are the same ones that were in there before... Only I painted them, again!..

Let's take a look at their life

They started as just plain old lamps that I got from the thrift store for 5 bucks each.

I took them home and primed and painted them red.

Here is what they look like now:

All neat and classy..

I didn't even prime them before I repainted them 'Quietude' Sherwin Williams.

I wanted to add some gold to them so I did about 5 coats of craft paint gold on the tops of them as well as a piece in the middle and the very bottom of the lamps.

I love the way they turned out!.. I think I'll be sticking with this for a while :)
